Possible Causes
a) One of the elements on the new Earning Policy was not linked.
b) All elements are not Setup in the Element Time Information window
c) Your employee is not linked to elements used in the Holiday Calendar
d) You have some Premium Eligibility Policies in Earning Policies linked to people while some Base Hours Elements in that Policy are not linked to those people.
Ensure all of the elements referenced in the Earning Policy/Premium Eligibility Policy are set up in Element Time Information, and the employee is eligible for the element via Element Links.
